We have been practicing together as Kochan & Stephenson for over thirty years.  Our practice consists entirely of employment cases on behalf of employees.

 

Our cases are on behalf of people who have been mistreated.  Often they are vulnerable because they are low wage earners.  Sometimes they are vulnerable because they speak out. Sometimes they are vulnerable because of their differences.  They suffer emotional hardship and often financial loss as well.  We find their plight compelling and fighting on their behalf extremely satisfying.
